This month’s video selection brings to this page one of the Twin Cities’ most beloved dance couples: Nick Jones and Diana Cruz. This performance was a feature at the Tango Teacher Coop in 2012. The music fuses classical (Chopin:12 Etudes, Op. 10: No. 3 in E Major, Op. 10, No. 3) and “La Melodía del Corazón” by Edgardo Donato. Typical of Nick and Diana, the performance is highly creative and technically stunning. And Diana’s graceful movements polishes each phrase.
